Workshop Repairs

Aqua has a fully equipped onsite workshop, qualified service technicians & a wide range of parts, with testing facilities for routine maintenance, repairs and re-build for all types of pumps, irrigation and filtration products.

Our purpose built workshop includes an in-house test pressure tank for the testing of repaired pumps.

Servicing

We work out of our workshop, but also work on-site at your premises, when that is more efficient and effective. On sites services are provided in both the metropolitan and regional areas. Our regional coverage includes Shires, Farms, Pastoral Leases, Remote Mine Sites and Aboriginal Communities.

Because our technical services are ‘best in class’ we provide them to all major pumps, irrigation and filtration brands. We can get your business back on track efficiently.

We are the “go-to” pumps, irrigation and filtration service experts.

Whatever your industry, please feel free to contact us for all your service needs.

Programmed Maintenance

Aqua also offers programmed periodic maintenance calls to your pumps and other systems taking the worry out of maintaining your equipment.

A standardised checklist is used to ensure all items are covered during the maintenance check, the report is discussed& fully explained with site management and emailed for your records.

This process allows us to monitor the condition of your pumps and other systems and proactively manage problems that are evident or that might be expected in the future.

Because we care about your safety and ours, a Job Safety Analysis (JSA) report is prepared for your approval before we start work. Aqua has a ‘Zero Harm’ culture.

The advantages of an Aqua Preventative Maintenance program are:

  • Testing can usually be performed whilst asset is running
  • Reduction of asset failure costs
  • Increased production from reduced equipment failure
  • Improves reliability
  • Minimises maintenance time
  • Optimises maintenance intervals

Talk to our team if you need ongoing Preventative Maintenance for your pumping, irrigation and filtration equipment.

Pump Energy Audits

The Grundfos Energy Audit is a diagnostic tool developed by Grundfos to identify excessive energy consumption in any kind of pumping system. An Energy Audit can often lead to a 30-50 % reduction in energy consumption, which translates into significant potential savings for your installation, and a little extra relief for the environment.

An Energy Audit is performed by Grundfos specialists based on measurements. It focuses on the amount of material the pump is handling and flow variations during a relatively short and well-defined period. The Grundfos specialist sets up various measuring equipment to measure and record the following:

  • Countable values, e.g. flow and energy consumption
  • Analogue values, e.g. pressure, temperature, water levels
  • Incident rates, e.g. pump start/stop, valve open/close

The audit assesses the overall efficiency of your pumps and proposes changes to be made to improve efficiency. The proposals are supported by calculations of the savings to be made, the reduction in CO2 emissions, and the payback time on any investment.

  • Benefits
  • Considerable savings on running costs
  • Significant reductions to installation carbon footprint

Water Bore Service

We provide a full Bore report including depth, age, condition and potential reliability and offer immediate repair if required. Any pump, irrigation or associated water infrastructure can be undertaken by the Aqua technical team.

Experts working with experts.

Spare Parts

The Aqua warehouse stocks a wide range of spare parts for most popular pump, irrigation and filtration brands. If we do not have it in stock our technical team will source it efficiently.
